Perception-Enabled Engagement
Engineered to engage in-person and organically, the TES Perception-Enabled Engagement strategy used by our team integrates Perception Enabled dialog to make decisions, in real time on how to navigate environment, and conversation framing to reach the required outcome of the program.
BLACK MALE WELLNESS DAY
Our focus lies in addressing these community needs by skillfully creating and managing partnerships that support the free health day and mental wellness program for Black men within the agency.Our recent Black Men's Health Day event, which took place at Temple University on June 17th, 2023, was a remarkable success. We collaborated with Temple Health and our generous sponsors to provide health screenings for over 200 men.
THE AA MALE WELLNES HUB
Moreover, we optimized their program assets, culminating in the establishment of the first Black Men's A.A. Wellness Hub in North Philadelphia. This accomplishment is the result of a strategic partnership forged with Neva White DNP, CRNP, CDCES Medical Director at Frazier Family Coalition for Stroke Education and Prevention, significantly simplifying access to mental health and substance abuse treatment, as well as offering workforce training and job placement opportunities for African-American men and their family.
