Program management and development thrive on dedicated time and comprehension. An example is seen in the African American Male Wellness Agencies' "Real Men Real Talk" Philadelphia Sires initiative. Here, we meticulously crafted multi-laired partnerships with Temple University, along with sponsorship opportunities like Mr. Warren Roy of Gaudenzia, a substance abuse treatment center. We then created a local planning committee to manage the year-long program tailored to suit the North Philadelphia community's specific needs for John Gregory, founder (Cool Shades), and Kenny Hampton, President of the A.A. Wellness Agency.

Publishing Experience
Crafting content holds immense power in shaping the public's perception of businesses and programs. TES deeply understands this impact and skillfully oversees and aids in media production across diverse platforms. The Monarch Magazine's historical cover shoot featuring Dapper Dan exemplifies the multifaceted responsibilities our teams adeptly handle, underscoring why we possess unwavering confidence in our work. Collaborating with Monarch's founder and publisher, Will Walters, proved to be a highly valued experience for Dapper Dan and his team.
